Responsibilities:

Job location:  Miami, FL.(will re-locate)

·         Develop marketing strategies to drive traffic to our ecommerce sites through, search engines, banner placements, affiliate marketing, email marketing and other appropriate channels

·         Develop and manage online marketing  budget, ROI justification for PPC, SEO, Affiliate, CSE’s, retargeting, display and Email

·         Manage online marketing team for SEO, PPC, Email, retargeting, affiliate, social media, and display.

·         Develop customer acquisition strategy by brand

·         Ensure that new products, promotions, pricing changes, creative updates are launched via the website and social media tools

  • Assist in integrating online and offline communications in support of communication plans designed to achieve larger organizational objectives
  • Analyze KPI’s to provide insights to improve our online marketing program.
  • Identify and evaluate new online marketing vendors

 

Preferred Skills:

Requirements:

·         Minimum 5 years online marketing experience, such as a SEO Manager, Director of Online/Search Marketing, or Search Specialist or similar role with measureable revenue and program growth with successful track record.

  • Strong web analytics skills including experience with web analytics software, such as Omniture, and/or Google Analytics
  • Experience with Attribution Modeling tool
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills

·         A track record for continually improving and optimizing SEM programs

·         Extensive knowledge of E-commerce and Online operations and thorough knowledge with the online space

·         Experience designing online demand generation strategies and tactics

·         Strong analytics and forecasting background

·         Proven experience in creating effective teamwork and an environment conducive to developing cross-functional collaboration

·         Experience with Google AdWords and Bing

·         Solid understanding of search engine ranking factors, algorithms and principals

·         Strong written and oral communication skills

·         Must be detail oriented and possess strong organizational skills

·         Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA a plus

·         Fashion and multi- channel retailer experience preferred
